Resilience Maturity Assessment

The Adaptation Exchange is the door opener for corporate climate adaptation, helping companies move from recognising climate risk to acting on it. That starts with an honest picture of where a company stands, which is what the Resilience Assessment provides.

It assesses how well a company can manage climate risk today across seven dimensions, along its value chain and within the organisation, so it can identify the steps towards a robust resilience strategy. It is built for internal use, to raise awareness and open an honest exchange across functions in a common language for climate resilience. Beyond that, this shared language also supports external dialogue with banks, insurers and investors. The Assessment is not a risk assessment. It looks at how well a company is set up to manage climate risk, while the analysis of the risks themselves happens elsewhere.
