The Idea
The Adaptation Exchange was born out of the Handelsblatt Conference “Corporate Climate Adaptation” in October 2025.
In the weeks and months that followed, we developed the Founding Charter together with pioneers from across the climate resilience economy, drawing on feedback from more than 40 organisations. We are deeply thankful for the trust, thoughtful input and early commitment that have helped shape this initiative from the very beginning.
