Along global supply routes, extreme weather events are increasingly disrupting logistics. The reliability of delivery times that just-in-time production was built on is eroding. A rethink in strategic sourcing processes increasingly takes climatic changes along established trade routes into account.

We want to discuss with you what this means for managing a more resilient supply chain going forward: Which aspects should be considered? Which adaptation measures already work today? And who takes responsibility here? Our experts will share their experiences in a short panel. Afterwards, we'll actively involve the participants.
