"Crossing the Cold"

Adaptation hurts at first. The cold hits, your body resists, every instinct tells you to turn back. But you adjust. You breathe. You move forward - and you're not alone. That is effective adaptation: uncomfortable at the start, possible when prepared, powerful when done together.

At sunrise during Climate Week Zurich, we cross Lake Zurich from Badi Utoquai to Rentenwiese. A living metaphor for the resilience journey ahead.

This swim marks the launch of the Adaptation Exchange and supports UNIDO´s fundraising for climate resilience projects.
