The Adaptation Exchange standardised assessment uses 27 self-assessment questions across seven dimensions - each rated on a five-level maturity scale from 1 (none) to 5 (Leading). The seven dimensions are anchored in established benchmarks and being refined with the Adaptation Exchange community. This page opens up every question, every level-criterion and the full recommendation library - so you can see exactly how a score is built up, and what the tool will suggest once you answer.
